#SleepDuringPregnancy

Hi, all! I am sharing some tips for #soundsleepduringpregnancy which I have tried myself when I was struggling to get good night sleep in my 8th month of pregnancy 1. DO SOME STRECHING Strech your legs while you are about to sleep. You can do it sitting on your bed also. Strech your toes back and forth, clockwise and anticlockwise. DO remember to count the number of streches. I ll recommend doing one type of strech atleast 20 times. The aim should be that you should feel like you've done a light workout. Similarly we can strech are arms, shoulders, wrists and neck etc. 2. MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE If still you aren't feeling like sleepy you can take about 3 to 4 pillows and put them behind you so that you can lay back on them in an erected posture. It should support your back and neck. Also roll some towels or any fabric and put it under your knees. In this posture you can rest for about half an hour and afterwards you might feel sleepy and get to sleep ...

Blind in Love

Going blind by any reason is not good. Always have your reasoning active. Whatever you feel show that only. Never nod unreasonably for what other is saying otherwise very soon it will drag you to be a fool. And what more dangerous is that that other person might be knowing that you're becoming fool but you might not. 1. Be attentive to what you feel for any particular thing and react accordingly and on time to save yourself getting into trouble. 2. Don't ever go with what people say without considering what you feel or think about that. Be bold. 3. Always ask questions. Don't be afraid how would they feel because not putting your question will first make you look fool in other's view and secondly you'll be putting yourself in trouble by yourself. 4. Always have trust in yourself rather than trusting others more than yourself. People will always try to take your advantage if you are not alert enough.
